Cultural Documentation & Photography Team

  • Capture photos & videos of performances, traditions, crafts, oral histories.
  • Record interviews of elders, artisans, monks & performers.
  • Support in archiving festival activities for future promotion and research.

Documentation, Report & Research Volunteer Team

  • Maintain written records of all festival sessions, meetings, speeches & panel discussions.
  • Collect data from participants, artisans, community elders, performers & visitors (using interviews or forms).
  • Prepare daily festival summaries for internal record & press communicatio

Tourist/Guest/Delegation Assistance & Information Desk

  • Guiding visitors to activity zones, homestays, washrooms, trails, first-aid points.
  • Providing information on schedules, protocols, and local culture.
  • Helping elderly visitors, women and foreign tourists feel comfortable.

Stage & Event Coordination

  • Assist in managing performance sequences, announcements & backstage flow.
  • Coordinate between cultural groups, emcees, and sound/light teams.
  • Ensure artists have water, seating, and timing support.

Logistics & Supplies Support

  • Help distribute drinking water, refreshments & meal coupons.
  • Ensure waste segregation, cleanliness & smooth material movement.
  • Assist transportation of equipment and resources within the ground.

Hospitality & Homestay Coordination

  • Help connect tourists to designated homestays & camping areas.
  • Maintain visitor registration and allocation updates.
  • Provide guest orientation for food, safety, waste disposal, and local norms.

Heritage & Community Interpretation

  • Explain local culture, dances, rituals, sacred sites & community history to visitors.
  • Escort tourist groups during heritage walks and nature trails.
  • Promote responsible tourism and respectful cultural behaviour.

Eco-Sustainability & Waste Management Team

  • Promote plastic-free, zero-waste practices during the festival.
  • Supervise waste segregation bins and awareness signage.
  • Engage children & visitors in small environmental activities and campaigns.

Medical & First-Aid Support Team

  • Assist first-aid professionals and help during emergencies.
  • Guide visitors to safe spaces during crowding or weather issues.

Traditional Games & Children’s Zone Volunteers

  • Supervise traditional sports & local children’s activities.
  • Maintain safety, timing, and participation records.

Backpack Connectivity & Field Communication Team
(Since network connectivity is low)

  • Volunteers act as runners carrying messages between committees, stalls & gates.
  • Ensure coordination between festival checkpoints.
